P3D Running in background process only

So I've installed P3D using the guide, get it started and activate it but then it just hangs on the first loading screen.

I can see it when opening up task manager and it's listed under background processes 30% CPU but it's not listed under my applications.

I've downloaded and reinstalled a few times but no luck so far.

Help!

Which P3D product ?

Was you download CheckSum correct?

V3 and yes - checksum for the download was correct.

I think (fingers crossed) I fixed it.

Re-downloaded the file and double checked to make sure all files were deleted after uninstalling (I think I may have forgotten one).
