cockpit bloom

not sure if this is the right place to post this but i like to turn up the bloom up because i like how the night cities look, except this comes with an annoying over bloomed cockpit that hurts my eyes, but if i turn down the bloom the cities dont look real to me. so my question is there anyway to turn off the cockpit bloom? if not can you add some sort of setting for it
