Hello @ll,
it would be nice if the Addon.Component entities in an add-on.xml would have an <Active> child or similar attribute, so they could be turned on or off individually. Default value should be "true", so if the tag is not there (as will be the case in all current implementations), the Addon.Component is active by default.
