View groups additional features

There are several features I would like to see in view group management:

- Ability to take the currently displayed view(s) and generate a view group based upon it. This would allow for the existing view to be the starting point for a new viewgroup
- Ability to copy an existing view group. This would allow for adjusting a view group without modifying the starting point
- Ability to export the xml for more detailed analysis and possible adjusting.
- Updated SDK documentation so that us laymen don’t have to experiment so much. ;)
