Can we please, please allow LOD greater than 6.5. I know there was an issue where array sizes couldn't accommodate higher LOD when P3D was 32 bit, but this certainly can't be a limitation now.
In FSX, setting LOD to 7.5+ resulted in sharp photo scenery. This is by far my biggest complaint about P3D - photo scenery that is a blurry mess in the distance. This problem was introduced somewhere in the 3.x series (not an issue in 2.x).
Some examples of how bad P3D is compared to other SIMs - Orbx Innsbruck (LOWI), Jackson Hole (KJAC), Valdez (PAVD), etc. Talk about an immersion killer ....
Setting "TEXTURE_SIZE_EXP=10" doesn't fix the problem.
(PBR would be icing on the cake)

With one ORBX TrueEarth photo scenery product available (and more in the pipeline) for v.4, it seems wrong that a limitation of LOD to 6.5 is retained for a 64-bit architecture program. The lack of clear scenery in the middle distance is rather noticeable and somewhat disappointing when we had LOD_Radius=9.5 way back in FS2004.
Can we have a setting change to give us the sharp photo scenery that we used to have and enjoy, please?
