Loading faster ? Harware question

Hi! I’m almost done installing all 50 states with AmegaSceneryEarth. I then realize it’s taking half an hour or more to finally upload my game. How can I speed the loading up? Should I buy i9 9900k? I have 6 TB hard drive, 3.60 ghz and 32 GB ram memory.

in the scenery I have only ticked the boxes of the regions I am flying most...and this is why I posted yesterday the question if P3D is more sequential read or random read dependent because this has implications for the choice of storage device...
