P3Dv4 Crashes due to terrain.dll

Hi,

Quite a few times in the middle of flying happily along, P3Dv4 Crashes!

I have a .wer Report and also viewed the Event Log which identified "terrain.dll" as a cause of an Exception Error.

No, I don't understand this enough to troubleshoot further or give wise words, so really would appreciate some help please. I am attaching a couple of images showing the Event Log:

Hmmm! I don't know how to.

Can you help please? Maybe someone can interpret the log or something? Or maybe I can replace the terrain.dll file?

Thank you Kayla. I started going through the document you suggested and got as far as updating the Graphics Driver. Since then I have not had crashes.
