P3Dv4 - way to increase VRAM usage?

Somehow I'm not sure, whether my system might be able to offer more performance - especially when I look at the ASUS GPU Tweak II numbers.
Here it says, that my GTX1080 only uses about 5-10% of its VRAM - shouldn't that be more?
And if - how to increase that rate?

I doubt VRAM usage is indicative of performance. Probably using high-res textures, higher AA settings, DSR etc will consume more VRAM.

What you should be looking at is GPU usage.
