Latency with P3D v4

I have recently purchased P3D v4 on an academic license. Upon doing a full install with no changes made to the system, all of my devices have latency issues including all joysticks, mouse, and keyboard.
Prepar3D version 4
Operating system Windows 10 Home
No add-ons installed (including FSUIPC)
Graphics card Nvidia GForce 730
CPU i7-6700 @ 3.40GHz
RAM 8GB
2 displays (although issue is present when only 1 display is connected)
No changes made to system
No changes made to Prepar3D settings
No crash logs or error messages.

This is most likely due to your graphics card. You will have to lower settings a great deal to attempt to run Prepar3D on a GT 730 but still may not get a smooth experience.
