P3D v4 - Intel 7700K or 6850K/6900K & 2X1080ti SLI or 1XTitan X

With the upcoming release of Prepar3d v4, would the good folks at Lockheed Martin please provide some insight into multiple core management and optimization, along with details regarding SLI configurations?

The system will be purpose built for P3D. New Top of the Line System build - (i.e. Best system you can build at the moment).

Contenders:

1) CPU (Note: Will be massively overclocked, custom loop water cooled)

Intel 7700K
or
Intel 6850K
or
Intel 6900K

2) GPU

2 X ASUS GTX1080TI Poseidon
or
1 X NVIDIA GTX TITAN Xp (Pascal)


Any helpful insight into hardware selection, would be greatly appreciated.
