Failure ntdll.dll during startup

Hello supportteam,
I have two computers with the same hardware and software. By on of them I get an failure during startup. I m using the latest Software of P3D. My startup Position is EDDM (Taxi2gate). Do you have any idea what I can try.
OS is Win 10 64bit, SDD 1TB for Sim an 250GB for OS. I m using Nvidia 1080TI 11GB, all drivers are the latest.

There is no one who has an idea?
I have implemented:
-Regenerate Prepar3D.cfg
-Shader deleted
-Start position saved again
-English language activated

Can you try removing your add-ons and see if you're still seeing this issue?

Hi how can I set the Preferred graphics processor to High-performance. There is no possibility.

Hello, I did everything. Unfortunately, the error ntdll.dll comes back again and again at the startup. The screen goes black and the progress bar should actually be visible. This does not come and P3D crashes. I do not crash if I do not start with a stored flight. It does not matter on which Aiport I start.
Have you any idea?

I spoke to Nvidia. I have only one graphics card, so there's no menu for "Preferred graphics processor to High-Performance".

... what I noticed today when I start P3D and I see the black screen (before loading the bar) I hear a USB disconnect / connect noise.
What can I do? Experts? Thank you all.

Now its this failure 0xc0000005. Is this another reason?

I use Wideview64 and Widetraffic. I this modules are disabled everything is fine. If one of them is enabled (or both) than I have an failure.
I have the impression that there is a mistake when I start the P3D for the first time. The second start works mostly. According to the manufacturer http://www.wideview.it is the version for P3Dv4. Wideview and Widetraffic are server client applications. The modules are installed on both computers. It seems like only the server is having difficulty.
I only use the flight model from ProSim (Homecockpit). I have no other flight model installed.
Do you have any idea?
