GND textures flickering during night approach

Hello,

i'm encoutering flashing ground textures during night approach (no problem during day time). It's appearing at differents airports. Not 100% sure but it seems appearing much more if there is city around airport area.
Im using FTX Global/Vector/OpenLC. No Mesh. Dynamic Lighting is ON. Texture resolution is set on 15cm. FXAA = OFF, MSSA = 4x, Anisotropic = 16x

Comp spec : i7 4790k + gtx1070 + 16Gb ram + sim on SSD.

Not sure exactly where it comes from. Any help is welcome.

It sounds like this may be due to one or more of your scenery add-ons. Can you disable them to see if you still get the issue, and if so add them back individually to isolate the cause of the issue?

thx for your answer. I have seen it happening at LFLL from Jennasoft (actually not considered has v4 compatible but working anyway) and LFRS Jetstream Design (made for v4).
By the way, after watching some videos and stream (chewy, matt and others), they having the same issue when approaching at night over cities, and not specially on the airports mentionned above. Example @13:56,14:00 and 14:.05
So I'm not sure disabling the airports will change anything.

My system is uptodate. And no i won't removed/disabled all my addons, especially when others people are suffering the same disease proving the bug is not only appearing on my sim.

Could this be caused by the dynamic lighting ?
I was thinking of an elevation problem (i haven't updated the scenery since the 4.0), but since this only happens at night im not sure its the problem.
