As soon as I start P3D the startup screen shows up but after a minute or so the screen closes and there is also no task in the taskmanager anymore.

To have us assist you further, could you please review this topic and let us know the results from following the troubleshooting steps? Also, can you provide the details of your system including the version of Prepar3D?

I figured it out. It had something to do with SimConnect. There is a Youtube video online on that topic.
So I uninstalled the SimConnect Client and ran P3D again and now it works. Anyways thanks for your help :)
