P3D 4.1 Crash to Desktop

Hello,

Just installed P3D V4.1 and have experienced crash to desktop multiple times. Not sure what is going on, please help. What DLL Shall I attach if need be?

I load into the sim, select aircraft, location, setting and time, loads up fine and then crashes to desktop as soon as it loads in.

Also, You can check the Windows Event Viewer for a possible clue, by going to the Windows Search Box, type "Event" and then look up in the Menu and click on Event Viewer, Once open, click on Custom Views > Administrative Events. The Summary of Administrative Events will show you the various types of “Events”
