From where do I download v5?

I have 4.5 on my computer but unable to locate v5 for download. Do I have to pay again for this privilege? Normally the new version for download appears when you log in—I don't see it.

Version 5 is not a free update to v. 4.

It is a completely new version of P3D, and as such a new purchase.
