Version 4.3 Problems

Now at the end of my tether.

I have downloaded 4.3 as a package which took hour and hours at P3D's download speed of 4.5 mb/s. This would not load at all. I have downloaded the separate modules 3 times and installed. Each time the program loads once and after shut down, will not load again. I have followed all the suggestions on the forum such as delete scenery config and program generate files etc. I have completely uninstalled and removed all reference to P3D including the registry.

I've spent the best part of 30 hours trying to get this version to work and looking at the online forums and facebook, I am not alone with this, which points to a problem with the version itself. I have never had a problem with the other 2 versions I have downloaded so please explain what the problem is with 4.3 so that I and the many other people experiencing the same problem can decide what to do.


I have to register my disappointment with this version and also the download speed which is quite farcical. Two other people have highlighted the download speed issue on this forum besides myself.

Can you have a look in the Windows Event viewer, Can you see any crash logs listed here ?

I have attached 3 images. One is a screenshot of an error message advising that P3D should be started as Admin - I always start P3D as admin and have even gone into P3D properties and applied to always start as admin. The other two images are with regards to an error in the event viewer.
