Error 5013 No Activations Remaining

Hello,everyone. Two days ago I reinstalled my Windows 7, but I forgot uninstalling my P3D V4. After I installed P3D V4 again, I can't activate it. I emailed licensing@prepar3d.com and send my ID [REMOVED] but only got a automatic reply. Would you please help me activate P3D V4 again? Thank you very much and wish everyone a happy new year in advance.

It can take up to 2 business days for us to get to your licensing request. It looks like you were able to activate your license, but if you continue to have issues please email licensing@prepar3d.com and we'll get you sorted out as soon as possible.
