P3D v4.1 activation

hi,

I've purchased P3D v4.1 but I could not activate it, I've tried the online activation but no luck even my antivirus and my firewall are deactivated. I've tried also the second method to activate it via another computer but I'm strugling with the copy and past the content of the request.

If anyone has a solution to this let me know.
