Not getting the v4 hotfix download option

I own v4 but when I log into the Downloads it says I have access to v3.4.
How do I get the v4 Hotfix?

Hello,

Are you sure you are using the correct License ID and Password combination for your v4 license? Version 4.0.28.21686 is the Hot Fix 1 version.
