Unable to purchase P3Dv4

When I go to https://www.prepar3d.com/prepar3d-store/ and click "Add to Cart" on any item, I see the following error (example for Academic version)...


This has been happening since last week. Any ideas?

I was able to complete the purchase through my phone - mobile Safari on iOS. However, on the desktop PC, the web browsers show the above error.

Hello,

Likely you will want to rebuild your host file. Make sure there is no listing for secure.prepar3d.com inside the Windows hosts file.

%WINDIR%\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts
