error the server could not be reached

after i redownloaded v3 I put my license numb an pass in and got this message


error:the server could not be reached verify that the computer is connected to the internet.and the firewall/proxy is set up properly.(9105) what would I have to do???

Hello Robert,

Can you verify your internet connection? Also, if you are behind a firewall/proxy you may need to enter the appropriate information in Internet Options.

If this still does not work for you, you can use the activate from another computer option.

Strange, but for some reason I'm having this error. Before this never occurred. Could this be due to the fact that I started to use the VPN connection, and often a proxy server (advanced.name if matters)?
