The FPS at the default ZSSS airport is very low

I tested [P3Dv5HF2] ZSSS (gate G1) and my FPS are 29 (locked) ok.

Did you test with the default P3D aircraft and scenery?

When you start P3D try starting at a different airport with good performance and then change to ZSSS see if there's a difference. Also try slew mode 'Y' and see what the frames do

Only ZSSS low FPS

Other default airports can reach above 70fps, but ZSSS only has around 40fps. Is this a P3D bug?

In Prepar3D.cfg, I have

UPPER_FRAMERATE_LIMIT=30

which is what your eye can see anyway.

When I fly out of ZSSS, I have no change in frame rates, and the simulation is smooth.

This is a near-virgin installation of HF2, only add-ons are FSUIPC 6, SODE 1.7.1 and a ton of AI traffic.
