Beach wave effect in 4.5

Post by rsubers2 »

I have P3d 4.5.12.30293. It appears that beach wave effects are disabled. Is that true in general or do I have a settings problem?

Never mind, it just takes a few minutes to kick in.

To me, they are perma-disabled, I hovered now for several seconds over a beach (close to YPEC, Australia v2 from ORBX) and they did not appear. Also not elsewhere in the world. How do I get them back?

"Some seconds" are not "some minutes" ;o)
The shore waves ARE added as the last thing to a scenery.
What, if you reduce your autogen density - or set it to 0?
Then the waves should come quicklier.

I also sometimes thought that I had 'lost' the shore waves, until I noticed that I have to cruise in circles over the same beach for several _minutes_, until the waves show up...
