[RESOLVED] Can't capture Screenshoots

Dear all,
I am not able to take Screenshoots? I pressed V and nothing happens in my P3D Screenshoot folder. I did checked key assignment, to capture screen is the button "V" (default). I did pressed and just the folder is created but without screenshoot. I did change key assignment, but still same, too.
And I run P3D always with adminstrator

I haven't any idea to fix it. I hope someone can help me now.

I am still testing my install of P3Dv4.3.

I will now load a flight and test the screenshot function with the keyboard "V" key.

Yes, "V" key creates a screenshot on my setup.

My screenshots are saved to this folder for P3Dv4.3:
C:\Users\Vaughan\Pictures\Prepar3D v4 Files

Are you logged as Administrator and running P3D as Administrator?

Try a test.

Copy another JPG to that folder.
Is that folder usable?

Virus program blocking it?

Did the test, the folder is usable and not blocked by virus program.

Did you just purchase and install P3Dv4.3 for the first time today?

I purchased and install P3D v4.2 and then in few days I updated to P3D 4.3

Had P3D v4.2 just for few days and didn't took any screenshoots. So can't say about it

then in the search window type
2018*.*

What Antivirus are you using? I have gotten that issue b4 with AVG and what I had to do was disable the protection of pictures folder.
