P3Dv4 Hot Fix 1 default Baron strobe lights in VC

P3Dv4 Hot Fix 1 Strobe lights, default Baron, flashing inside the VC cockpit day and night.

P3Dv3.4 (current version) does not have this problem.

Note: Client only update so far.

I don't have this problem.. V4 with HF..
