Hi all:
In today's update, with Tessellation turned on using an NVIDIA GTX970, ground textures outside of airports are completely missing. This happens with or without addons. Disabling tessellation and restarting P3D solves this problem.

Have you tried clearing out the shader cache in Prepar3D's local appdata folder? Are the terrain tiles missing completely (you can see the sky through them) or is just the texture?
