Using P3D v3 SDK in gmax

How do I set up gmax to use the Prepar3d SDK modeling tools? If I follow the SDK instructions (pointing to the 3DSM7 plugins folder), I get a bunch of error messages (http://imgur.com/a/MknG8) and none of the tools or menus show up.
