I want to convert freeware FSX compatible addon aircrafts to P3Dv4.

Is there any method, program or tricks to do this?

If you don't do this only for yourself (so if you want to release the converted model), then you need to have the approval of the original author.

The process of the conversion is coming close to the complexity of designing an aircraft. This is the reason that there are still so few converted models. Only a few people have learned that art and they are facing the FS9 legacy.

If you really want to learn this, the AIG Forum is the place to meet the people with the most knowledge in this regards.
