Prepar3D v3 SimObjects.cfg

I am looking for the SimObjects.cfg file. I can not find it in my current version 3.4.22.19868. I look in programdata, AppData, ect.... I also did a full uninstall deleting everything including the AppData files, then new install all over again. I can not locate SimObjects.cfg. Looking for any help or direction I can get.

I have ticked all the hidden boxes etc... Looked in all directories that P3d is in. I don't see that folder. On top of that I am having god awful VAS problems. I am going to check my Nvidia driver to see if I have the newest one. I am so frustrated with this.
