Using mobile scenery in a "standart scenerio"

Post by jerseypilot »

Hey,
So I created a mobile scenery... I created a Hot Air Balloon that flies in a certain path. it works really good, but it only works if I launch this specific scenario. Is there any way to make mobile scenery work without loading a specific scenario, I mean just launch a regular flight and it will be shown?

Thanks.

I am also waiting for a reply to this , I know that the SDK Learning centre says " select Export and you have 2 choices : .fsxml / .bgl and .xml .. I select fsxml .bgl and only saves a small fsxml file with heading and no content and no .bgl file , if I select .xml I get a proper .xml file with the objects ... is there anything I am missing??

From what I understand, you can't export "Mobile Scenery" as BGL.
I want to find a way to activate mobile scenery without loading a scenario.

OK, but can you create a .bgl file in any way?? I cannot.. and I think it is because the sdk is not refernced anywhere (that I know)in the SimDirector

You cannot create a BGL file when using "mobile scenery" in SimDirector.
I try to find a way to activate "Mobile Scenery" without loading a scenario..

Hello,

Currently a scenario is required to manipulate mobile scenery.

Rob,
are there any plans to make mobile scenery work without scenario in the future?
