Africa Coastline near GUCY

Flying along Africa's coastline near GUCY airport, the a river mouth and
other water inlets are elevated. I've looked in base scenery CVX4428 and
it's there where the problem lies as they are not set to zero.
Perchance I also checked out FSX base and its the same error.
Can anyone send a corrected base file please.
