Blurry textured & weird cloud shadows V4.2

I just installed 4.2 fresh after deleting 4.1. Afterwards I am getting very blurry textures still even after using the sim at least 10+ times already. Also whenever I am flying and I pan around on the outside, the cloud textures disappear and reapear as the camera moves.

Are you using any add-ons? Have you tried deleting your generated files?
