Administrative Access

Post by brallred12 »

Howdy all,

I am attempting to modify one of the .cfg files on my copy of the program. When I try to use a text editor to edit the file and save over the existing copy, I get a notification saying I need to be an administrator in order to modify any existing .cfg files. How would I get administrative access? Is that something that can be done with a re-install of the program?

Thanks

Hello brallred12

Try this step

Click and Drag the file you want to modify to your Desktop, Make the alterations and then move the file back again.

Try that and let me know how you get on
