Extremely Poor Frame Rates

I purchased P3Dv4 three weeks ago and I can't get it to run smoothly. Best frame rates I can get are 16fps and it's glitchy with no add-ons, just stock P3D. Same system gets 30-40fps with FSX and PMDG/Orbx add-ons. I have played with numerous settings to no avail, any suggestions?

Is your default flight the P3D F22 at the default airport?

Yes, F22 at Eglin AFB, FL. I have tried the other aircraft and other locations as well. No effect, still choppy poor frame rates.

When you start the sim at the default airport with the default F22.
What is your FPS?

How many monitors (displays) are you using (just to verify)?

Does your Graphics card support g-sync?
