Menus not appearing in VR

I am using P3D v4.1 in Virtual Reality with the Vive goggles.
I created scenarios in SimDirector.
I am using OnScreenText to give the student instructions.

The texts show up but at the very top of the screen. I can see them in my peripheral vision if I roll my eyes towards the ceiling.
I am also using MenuPromptTriggers to give the student options and those menus do not show up at all.

Scenery items show up very nicely.

I tried FlyInside with the same results.

Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing to make the menus appear and to reposition the OnScreenText?
