What does CTRL + SHIFT + F12 do?

Hey,
What does CTRL + SHIFT + F12 do in P3D V3? If anything. I might be paranoid but I noticed an FPS drop, This might be in my head though.

There is no definition for that key press in V4 so I assume the same on V3 , you either have something defined or as you said is your impression..

Hey thanks for the reply,
One question. Can a key command ever be assigned to lower graphical settings or FPS? Or is this strictly just in the settings page?

Are you using GSX? Ctrl+Shift+F12 calls up the GSX menu if I remember correctly.
