Ah my apologies, I should have been more clear.
Can you try updating your OS if there are updates available? The previous post I found had a similar error fixed from an OS update. If this doesn't work post back and we'll look into it further.
Regards,
Brady

Re: Prepar3DV4 Error
I found a previous thread with something similar relating to KERNELBASE.dll
Have either of you updated your OS recently?

Re: P3Dv4 Hotfix 1 Video Card Over heat !
Respectfully, Once again default plane default airport. The question remains why does this NOT happen in the original build? Yes I removed the Hotfix and all is back to normal. Obviously it is in the update if it was my system it would occur in P3Dv4 with or with out. Because you can't reproduce th...

Re: P3Dv4 Hotfix 1 Video Card Over heat !
starseed1, All due respect, the post I'm guessing you're referring to also clearly states you removed the hotfix. Try running Prepar3D with the hotfix installed with no addons. If that's what you're doing it wasn't communicated clearly. We do not see this issue elsewhere, so the only way we can help...

Re: Graphics Profiles not fixed
Hello JackSwyr, Something interesting happened. When I reproduced the error I made the file in an unconventional way with copy/paste. I named the file with your settings JackSwyr, opened the profile and after the first load it changed it to custom. I loaded another profile, then loaded the JackSwyr ...

Thanks JackSwyr,
I was able to reproduce the error with these settings, time to narrow down the offender.

Brady

Re: HOTFIX ISSUES v4
Hey Kyle,
FXAA is more of a personal preference/PC build dependent.
Do some experimenting with the different mixes of FXAA on/off, SSAA, and MSAA until you find one you like and that your computer can handle.
Regards,
Brady

Re: Graphics Profiles not fixed
Hey JackSwyr, The profile that isn't working I'm assuming is a new save? Would you be willing share the profile's file so that we can reproduce this error and narrow down the issue for a fix for a future release? If so, to get to the profile files, copy/paste the following into windows explorer: %US...

Re: Time and Season possible bug?
Hello Bucnatic, The date changes to correlate with the season of the region you're in. For example, if your Season box is set to Summer and your flight is currently set in the U.S. and you change airports to NZFM, the system updates the month to December to fit the Summer season in that area instead...

Re: Graphics Profiles not fixed
Hello JackSwyr, I believe I narrowed this down. To fix this issue each profile you switch between has to be newly-saved profiles. Newly-saved meaning it was saved after the hotfix. Profiles that are old saves from before the hotfix will still show up as "Custom". The bug that was causing t...

Re: Graphics Profiles not fixed
Hey JackSwyr, I just tested it myself with both old saved profiles and newly saved profiles. It appears as though if you use an old profile it will still have the custom issue. For example, I had a profile labeled "Low" that I just created, as well as a profile labeled "Max" that...
