I'd focus on EZDock camera addon until you were able to rule it out... it is exactly capable of causing this problem.

Use the Windows Setup > Applications to remove P3D. Ensure that you remove all components.

When you run the P3D installer it will have an options button on the first installer screen. Click options and browse to you desired installation path.

Delete your 'generated files' and see it that clears the problem.

Backup and delete scenery.cfg and run the P3D installer (as admin) and select REPAIR.
