Re: P3Dv4.2 VR Single Pass Rendering Mode Issue
Kayla I went back and deleted all my Orbx and turned off UTL and had nothing else running with P3Dv4.2 but no difference. I still have ships showing up at the KSAN terminals and random roof tops at EGLL where I never had any Orbx installs to begin with. This is clearly a scenery conflict issue with ...

Re: P3Dv4.2 VR Single Pass Rendering Mode Issue
Kayla Perhaps but it would take a lot of work. I did just role back to Orbx FTX Central v3.2.3.0 stable release instead of the lastest beta version 3.2.5.4 but it made no difference. My guess is it has something to do with Orbx or Ultimate Traffic Live (although I've turned UTL off with no differenc...

Re: P3Dv4.2 VR Single Pass Rendering Mode Issue
Kayla On a complete separate note, it would be great if Native VR supported the zoom function particularly one the could be toggled on and off just like FlyInside has enabled. Now that Oculus Dash supports embedded windows (although they still need to enable mouse capability so you’re not forced to ...

Re: P3Dv4.2 VR Single Pass Rendering Mode Issue
The images are consent and similar to others as I see on the forums. No I haven’t uninstalled add ons as I have many and would not know where to begin not to mention the difficulties involved. One thing I did do was I opted into the Orbx Fastlane option and ran FTX Central which updated my ObjectFlo...

Re: P3Dv4.2 VR Single Pass Rendering Mode Issue
Kayla, The SPR object appearing issue does not get resolved by turning off any of the autogen functions on my PC. Again the only solution is toggling back to Stereo Mode. Here are some photos of the bizzare objects and other complete objects that are being overlayed on the stable scenery at KSAN whe...

Re: P3Dv4.2 VR Single Pass Rendering Mode Issue
I will when I get back to my PC.
If you are correct we still need to find the cause of that to be able to use some autogen buildings in VR I hope.
It is somehow related to the SPR proceed I assume?

Re: P3Dv4.2 VR Single Pass Rendering Mode Issue
I have a similar post over on the Avsim forum and others are seeing the same issues: https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/531244-p3dv42-vr-single-pass-rendering-flashing-artifact-issue/ I haven’t checked if it shows on the screen yet but will. We’ve all tried several Nvidia drivers including the curre...

P3Dv4.2 VR Single Pass Rendering Mode Issue
Well I installed the latest client version of P3Dv4.2 did the usual deletes of .cfg and shader files updated all the necessary add-on stuff and everything worked fine. I then tried out the VR mode with my Oculus Rift and again all looked very good but really no different then v4.1 in Native VR mode....

Re: P3Dv4.2 VR Single Pass Rendering Question
Kayla Thank you for the prompt response. Since I have a high end CPU and GPU should I expect a significant reduction in CPU usuage based on what I read in the following Oculus post: https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/unity/latest/concepts/unity-single-pass/ Also it appears the visual represe...

P3Dv4.2 VR Single Pass Rendering Question
Can anyone provide any insight to the seemingly new single pass rendering feature for VR. If I understand this correctly P3D hasn’t enabled this prior to this revision and now it exists for VR. If this is correct I believe it significantly cuts the CPU usage down to render both eyes simultaneously f...

Re: How to envoke Avatar Mode?
I have recently discovered that if I "Walk" the Avatar away from my aircraft too far, which isn't that far, I cannot detach him or said another way turn him off. If I return his position close to the aircraft by "walking" him back then the Attach/Detach key command works fine. Is...

<t>I assume the TextureMaxLoad=6 (default) is the default because that line was added in the [Display] section of the config file and not some hidden program default? <br/> <br/> Also if we are trying to increase the TextureMaxLoad why not just increase the value from 6 to 30 in the config line inst...
