Maybe let GSX regenerate airport cache. Select Cuoatl restart with regenerate airport cache option from within P3D.

Just point the installer to your Prepar3D v5 directory, where you have the sim. I can´t tell, if it will work, since it was made for FSX once. So if the model is real FSX, it will load in P3D. There is a repair function for Prepar3D, when you start uninstall. That should give you back default textures.
