Re: v4.0 - Texture resolution choice - bug?
For what it's worth, it has always been the case and will always likely remain the case that using a complex 3rd party aircraft in your default scenario will lead to significant issues. That's not to say that LM doesn't have a bug here, but always keep one of the default planes as your default scena...

Yeah, to be honest, I don't think you're going to get much out of that card. Here's a bit of a comparison: http://gpuboss.com/graphics-card/GeForce-710A

<t>This hack worked pretty great for me in testing, aside from FSUIPC not recognizing that it was registered anymore. That's probably a FSUIPC issue that he can work out and I'll post about it when he's back from vacation. Either way, this is very exciting. I went from ~23-25fps to a solid locked 30...

<t>Which number one priority should it be? They've been asked to have like 10 of them by now, haha.<br/> <br/> <br/> <br/> That said, try setting Affinity Mask in your Prepar3D.cfg. P3D is supposed to do a better job of that itself, and it likely does on the majority of systems. Mine, however, was n...

It may be easy to think you're better than someone because you know that the settings or scenery or addon they'...

<t>I'm noticing this as well in a 172 with a fairly beefy system loading from SSDs. I'm also noticing an amazingly visible autogen draw limit, even with the LOD slider to the max. Far more noticeable than FSX with the default max distance (e.g. 4.5.) Is that just me?<br/> <br/> <br/> <br/> -stefan<b...

<t>I'm noticing a flickering of ground textures with a shadow-looking texture in various locations (I can get a screenshot if desired.) Is this a problematic shadow being cast by a weird object? This is with FTX Global + Vector, and I can often get it to go away by telling Terrain not to receive sha...
