Re: 3x 2K Displays, 2x 2080 TI - Best performance configuration?
Hi Tony, Once you have created the View with Nvidia Surround, go into manage cameras from the context menu in P3D from the screen and then move the view around to suit your needs and also try the enabling of the wideview distortion fix. it does help. It is the last entry on the right hand bottom list.

Re: 3x 2K Displays, 2x 2080 TI - Best performance configuration?
Hi Tony, I have the same CPU and the same GPU but extreme version, 32GB ram and run 4 monitors off the one card. They are not fancy monitors, but, not that you will want to do this, I run them using the Nvidia Surround and have to throttle the FPS at 30. If you have not tried this, just give it a go...

Re: 3TV Viewgroup Vsync and Triple Buffering
Hi Gerard, Fancy meeting you here, I use Nvidia Surround and have done for a long time. I am quite happy with it but today I tried the viewgroups and was able to keep high 20's FPS. It was very smooth but I still have to correct the physical positioning of my monitors which I am in the middle of doi...

Re: 3TV Viewgroup Vsync and Triple Buffering
Hi Bernie, I have no idea why this helped. It was driving me crazy, my previous installation was running smooth with Vsync, TV at 30Hz and I noticed it was running better without triple buffering. As I have reinstalled windows and Prepar3D, the newer installation has installed by default with this ...

Re: 3TV Viewgroup Vsync and Triple Buffering
Hi Sergej,
I am curious as to what this does, keeping in mind that P3D does not use the True Fullscreen, it is a windowed mode that appears as a fullscreen mode. Can you think of why this still helps you as I will also give this a try next time I use P3D on my Cockpit.

Re: P3Dv4.5 HF2 trouble shutting down when using a lot of RAM?
I have never had it where it never closes, I think that never closing down as per the first post, would indicate another issue that I do not have. There have been times however that I have closed it via the task manager and it is unknown how long it would have persisted. I will, after the busy perio...

Re: P3Dv4.5 HF2 trouble shutting down when using a lot of RAM?
Yes, I have had this to me where after shutting the computer down too soon, the next day, P3D will start even though I have not initiated a startup, so I now wait until P3D has properly closed down. Windows 10. How long does it take for P3D to shut down on your setup? Hi, Probably anywhere from 15 ...

Re: P3D 4.4 Running in Background
Hi, I have noticed and it is also mentioned on the Forum here that P3D is taking a long time to end the process. If I exit P3D v4.4 and shutdown the Windows 10 computer too soon, when I restart the computer, P3D will start. I think this is something that Windows 10 does not P3D fault. Edit: Here it ...

Re: Photoscenery extremely overexposed in 4.4
Hi,
I must admit that I never went ahead to un-install the ASCA as I thought it did not make sense but I did tick the option for sky colour which made the difference that I was looking for. I am still interested to see how this thread pans out as I still see the difference that others are seeing.

Hi,
This is interesting, I started having this issue after installing Active Sky Cloud Art and will now uninstall to see if this is causing the problem and report back here if it helps.

Re: 3 Monitors in View groups - 1 Monitor as panel
Hi Andre,
I have a 2080ti that allows 4 monitors to be attached. I have these all included in the Nvidia surround for scenery but tried just including 3 and it left the 4th monitor alone which would do what you are trying to do.

Re: Autogen loading: still no solution??
Hi, Perhaps this issue is a trade off to accomplish other requests that have been made or something that LM have introduced. I am of the belief, as annoying as I find it, perhaps this will never change. LM are not in the position to want to annoy people to the point that their software won't sell so...

Re: Uninstall 4.4
H Geezer, I can understand how you are feeling but there would be a sadder story to tell if you went to all the trouble of uninstalling V4.4 and reinstalling V4.3, which you can do only to find that you still have the problem as it may not be P3D related. I am sure there are people here willing to o...
