Nothing I know of specifically for P3D however I have used the Posky 777 model quite successfully in both FSX and P3D with Sim-Avionics. There is now a custom tweaked model for both the 777 & 737 in Sim-A. Also check in the PM forum.

Definitely stick with Windows 7 at this stage. I had all sorts of issues on my laptop running 8.1 and the only solution and simplest really was to load Win7, job done!
