Here is a video showing the clouds is this normal with the EA?

Clouds are flickering, it seems like the weather is updating and then they flicker, trying to get a video of it but last one was to dark.
I do have the EA on

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, settings up down not a change.
Find a better way to upload photos, they show up when i open the post.

You sure on the photos? They show up on mine, it did take me awhile to get those figured out. I am having this issue as well. It only happens with 4.2. It also only effects my throttle quadrant. I have a 3 piece quadrant and i change two of them. One to be speed brakes and one to be flaps. It wont save those to axis. I have to reset them everytime i fly

No traffic add one installed, will try that remedy and see what happens.

This seems to my issue, but it was supposed to be fixed.

I did have some new freeware scenery, i removed them and it worked. I bought an airport scenery that is compatible with p3d v4 and its doing the same thing. So anytime i add new scenery its going to do this now?
