Is it possible to regain the full use of my favourite float helicopter
My favourite evergreen helicopter which I used for many years to enjoy and record flights over scenery addon, with some flights on my YouTube site including ones in P3D version 3. Now running in P3D V4.4, I lost some of its body and its main rotor textures but it is still flyable and perform well wi...

Hope you enjoy watching in HD and in full screen.
Monir.
Ps. Not bad for a 10 years old system with only one recent update to its Nvidia Graphic card. Now running with 2070 GTX 8GB.

Re: My 3 big wishes for P3D v5
On behalf of those of us with payware addons this is not a desirable request; since a lot of the developers treated their payware as an entirely new development when converting from P3Dv3 to P3Dv4; which caused a lot of us to have to pay all over again... Which can get really expensive... The same ...

Re: Quite Happy with my recent upgrade to my 10 years old PC
Are you still facing any issue? If so then please reply me back I have the best solution. Yes I still would like to have the full use of my PCU 4 cores , not only 85 maximum even under full load scenery challenge. The same with my fully installed 8 GB DDR2 Memory, still would like the full use of t...

Re: Quite Happy with my recent upgrade to my 10 years old PC
Hi again. Did my research on the internet by googling and found so many topics dealing with the same problems. 1:Does The CPU Cores use in P3D V4.4 Benefit from using the Affinity Map 14 Tweak to the P3D V4.4 CFG or it really does not need it any more. Most people say they are not using that tweak. ...

Re: Quite Happy with my recent upgrade to my 10 years old PC
Looked in the learning centre of P3D and became clearer about The No shadow Flagged Content and what are particles? However I still would appreciate any guidance or explanation as to why I am only getting the use only of 5 GB of my DDR2 memory out of the total 8 GB I have, even under maximum scenery...

"the option in the start menu for emptying or not emptying the scenery on exiting P3D "
May I enquire why in the P3D V4.4 , the option in the start menu for emptying or not emptying the scenery on exiting P3D was taken away ? I used not to empty my extensive active loaded scenery on exit which I thought was a great help in reducing the loading time on next start of P3D ? Would it be po...

Re: Quite Happy with my recent upgrade to my 10 years old PC
I agree with you Aussie, Its fun exploring and trying to balance the equipment one have, with P3D's capabilities. Finding the sweet spot only comes after the right tweaking of theP3D CFG, tweaking the Graphic card control panel and P3d options and sliders adjustments. I do not understand what does t...

Well Spotted Brady! I thought those characteristic buildings in the second shot may be a give away especially if you have previously visited the place i.e. Glorious Nice in France. Being a P3D software engineer, may I enquire why in the P3D V4.4 , the option in the start menu for emptying or not emp...
