Re: Chevrolet Suburban WIP

To close the "Suburban not moving" issue: It is something in EZDOK / EZCA3 which glues the Chevy to the gound. Once deactivated, it runs like a charm. Boris Hello Boris, thank you for your feedback! I can't promise anything, but maybe this will be fixed in an update :-) Best Regards Chris...

Re: Chevrolet Suburban WIP

Hi! The Tahoe 2008 looks very similar to the Suburban, which would be almost the same vehicle exterior model. Maybe I'll do something else after all. A plane would really irritate me. Let's see, I have an offer from a friend of mine who is a pilot and whose club plane is stationed nearby. Many thank...

Re: A Flashlight Feature

Or you go for a walk around with a pilot! There is a freeware package called Airport Avatars: https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/117644-simware-aerosoft-airport-avatars-free-now-p3d-v4-ready/ . In addition to a marshaller and a falconer, this package also includes a pilot who wears a flashl...

Re: Chevrolet Suburban - Released

No, I can't help you there :-)
There was a problem with driving at high altitudes - the engine stopped after a few seconds. But the fact that the Chevrolet is not driving cannot be explained.

Maybe an axis of a joystick is disturbing?

Race - Chevrolet vs. F16

Flight simulation is not just flight simulation. With the Chevrolet Suburban from Bahrometrix you are the driver of a complex driving simulation in the Prepar3Dv4 Flight Simulator from Lockheed Martin!

Re: Chevrolet Suburban WIP

Of course, that was just made up!
Do you have any other 3-D models? Then maybe you could do other projects for the P3Dv4 together.

Best Regards
Christian

Chevrolet Suburban P3D v4.5 PBR

A fully functional Chevrolet Suburban has been around for a few days and was created and published by the Bahrometrix team. A user has recorded a video on St Maarten that shows the Chevrolet there:

Re: Chevrolet Suburban - Released

Christian, were on the Prepar3D not FSX forum ;-). Did you ever try the car in P3D4.5 HF2? This meant the P3Dv4 version. There are some versions: V4.0, 4.3 etc. The Chevrolet was developed on a current P3Dv4.5. Well, if it doesn't work for you, then take the Porsche Carrera GT from the Bahrometrix ...

Re: Chevrolet Suburban - Released

Without precise information about which flight simulator version is used it is difficult to help. But maybe you applied the parking brake (left foot pedal) ;-) In the meantime an Update v1.01 has been released: http://www.bahrometrix.de/downloads/chevrolet-suburban/ Changes – Corrupt XML file exchan...

Re: Chevrolet Suburban WIP

Hi! First of all, thank you for the nice comments and for the feedback :-) I have to fit in there unfortunately, George. Maybe you can get used to the left sitting position ;-) But for information! Both versions have been completed on schedule. The FSX version and the P3Dv4.5 version can now be down...

Chevrolet Suburban WIP

Hi! We are currently working on a new vehicle for the P3Dv4. It is a Chevrolet Suburban and we mean Manfred Jahn, Rob Barendregt and I: https://forum-static.cdn.orbxdirect.com/monthly_2019_12/2019-11-28_0-44-59-21.thumb.jpg.8f3f0e77aed125adb5e1b3c84fd9ee24.jpg There will be different liveries for th...

P3Dv4 PBR and Windshild rain Effect

Hi! I wanted to ask briefly whether it is possible to put PBR material and a PBR texture on a windshield in P3Dv4 and also to get the WindshildRainEffect. We are currently working on a Chevrolet Suburban and with P3Dv4 material we are getting a wonderful raindrop effect. We would like to add a few s...

Frequency of querying a LUA script

A friendly hello to all. I would like to know how often the query per second of a LUA script is. The script is basically the same as the SDK (Material Season Example.lua). A friendly programmer said it was possible that the query might be 18 times a second (TICK18). One more question: How common is ...

What is possible in a modern flight simulator like the Prepar3D v4? The answer can be seen here in a preview video: https://youtu.be/DujyXHior3o After some extended development time Bahrometrix Jena City was released as freeware and can be downloaded here: http://www.bahrometrix.de/jena-city/ Previ...

Re: Dynamic Lighting (DayNight/DawnDusk)

In summary, one can say that one can turn off its dynamic lights during the day by setting the color values (Color Start = 0,0,0,0) to zero and the old parameter control over DayNight and DuskDawn is used for dynamic lights Type27 and Type 28 no longer needed. So it is enough to set the values for d...
