P3Dv4.5 can no longer read vegetation polygons.

The vegetation polygons are wrong in Annotator and no longer appear in the final scenery.

Prepar3d v3 stops working ang Windows 10 displays this message and adds "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is availbale".

I have just made this update at the moment and P3D v3 without addons works.

The problems of mesh appear in green on the map all over the world.
