Aerosoft’s F-16 in v. 4.2 - some notes
Hi there, For those of you that have had the aerosoft F-16 installed in 4.1, LM has done some modifications to their internal model. By that I mean that if you, like me, had the aerosoft install set up in such a way that you pointed the panels folder to the default LM «F-16 Base» folder, you will no...

Re: F-16 speed brakes?
Hi,
I have located the fault. There is something wrong with the SCControl.dll file in the F-16 Base/panel folder. I have the Aerosoft one and by moving the same file located in the Aerosoft F-16A 9/Panel folder, the speed brakes work.

Re: F-16 speed brakes?
So far I have found that by using the aerosoft original xml files from the panel folder, the speedbrakes are okay. I have not found out what is the offending file. I would also like to know what xml is controlling the "state" menu (shift +1) in the new release as aerosoft is using a rather...

F-16 speed brakes?
Hi, I am unable to get the F-16 speed brakes to work in v4 with an assigned switch on my joy stick. They work by holding down the ' key and auto-close when I release the key. This must surely be wrong? I was on the beta team on the AS F-16 project and I remember we had an xml controlling the speed b...

<r>Okay, great research <E>:-)</E> I start from scenario setup so I will try booting straight into a flight to see. I have this issue on the P-38 and many other default aircraft in addition to the aerosoft F-14, Milviz F-86, M2M Mirage 2000 (canopies) and SSW F-104/F-84 (all textures featuring a dif...

<t>No need to go bold here, I hear ya. I am fully aware that most military aircraft are not very shiny but these P-38s were natural metal (aluminium) and rather shiny. In previous versions of P3D they had a completely different shine. Anyway, at least the canopy should be glossy and polished, not du...

<t>Hello,<br/> <br/> Since installing ver. 2.5 the canopy reflectivity seen from the outside has changed dramatically. The F-22 and F-34 used to have nice reflective canopies (diffuse alpha) but now have next to none. I have also noticed this on Dino's MB-326, aerosoft's F-14, M2M's Mirage 2000 etc....

<t>Hello,<br/> <br/> I have installed the M2M Mirage 20000 in Prepar3D 2.4. In the latest beta they have included a power cart that is supposed to show. I have pointed the installer to my P3D path and I also have pasted in the following lines in the dll.xm:<br/> <br/> <br/> <Launch.Addon><br/> <Name...
