I have Prepar3D V4.1, REX 4 Soft Clouds Enhanced and Active Sky. I want to know why my runway still dry, when the weather its very bad..Rain, tunderstorms..etc..

You don´t understand. If i have a good internet connection (everydays), why i must do all this steps????? It´s very complicate to me have time to do it..
How can I have my money back?
