Re: Lack of ozone contribution in EA sky
I made another tests and conclusion is not very good. This is unmodified biologicalnanobot's shaders including dark cockpit fix : https://i.imgur.com/THGwlmV.jpg and this is hotbso's modification : https://i.imgur.com/lKH5l8j.jpg That dark haze disappeared when I reached 10000 feets. Test condition...

Re: Lack of ozone contribution in EA sky
Good to see you sir! RDPreset is making a shader tool I think, would love to see your work too.BiologicalNanobot wrote: ↑Sat Mar 05, 2022 12:10 pm Well that is a wrong guess - I just have been very busy with life related things. Seems like I have been missing out too, when did iniBuilds announce a shader editor?

Re: Lack of ozone contribution in EA sky
Not sure if this belongs here, but I too have a strange grey horizon when using the above hack/fix. Tried several combinations (legacy clouds / vol clouts / envshade on-off etc.), I always get this grey haze in the distance that really stands out against the clouds and doesn't look good. Can't reca...

Re: Lack of ozone contribution in EA sky
Hi, A new version of the Enhanced Atmospherics sky and cloud ozone tweak is finally ready. Be noted that the mod is only compatible with Prepar3D v5.3 HF1 + Update. Thank you sir! Looking really great. Any chance this lighting issue can be fixed as well? It's been bothering me for years and LM did ...

Re: Major stutters in v5.2HF1
I also experienced stutters in 5.2 HF1, now using project lasso to disable core 1. But yeah HF1 was very smooth and free of stutters.

Re: Opening up Enhanced Atmospherics to third-party developers
I have been using EA for a week or two, and it could look quite nice. However, there are just strange things here and there. 1. Dark cockpits (especially for cockpits with PBR textures) 2. Weird cloud texture color with volumetric clouds turned off, especially during sunset/sunrise 3. Sun being cut-...

Sunrise Problem
The sunrise looks like this, EA on, volumetric clouds off. It looks like the sun is cut across a horizon above the actual horizon.

Thanks for the tip, indeed I've had strange things like this even in 4.5. Shame.

Lighting and Shadow Casting
I am on P3D v5.2 and there is a strange shadow being cast on the fuselage while there is nothing casting one. Can this be fixed?
